We sell army-inspired fashion merchandise including patches, stickers, and apparel.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any government, military, or defense organization.

4. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use this Website or make purchases.

5. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are in INR.
  • No Cash on Delivery (COD) is available.
  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
  • We reserve the right to cancel suspicious or fraudulent orders.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Delivery time is 3–5 business days after dispatch.
  • Delays due to courier partners or force majeure events are beyond our control.
  • Tracking details will be shared upon dispatch.

7. No Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our products (patches and tactical merchandise), we do not offer exchanges.

8. Wrong Product / Damaged Product Policy

If you receive:

  • A wrong product, or
  • A damaged product

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@stealthmark.in with:

  • Order number
  • Clear unboxing video
  • Product images

After verification:

  • Replacement may be issued, OR
  • Refund will be issued in the form of Store Credit only.

No claims will be accepted after 48 hours of delivery.

9. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only as Store Credit.
  • Store Credit is non-transferable and cannot be converted into cash.
  • Store Credit validity: 6 months from issue date.

10. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, content, product images, and brand materials are the exclusive property of STEALTHMARK LLP.

Unauthorized copying or resale is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase value of the product.

We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

All disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
